Got a skill you’d love to share? We’re always looking for volunteers with creative and professional expertise:
- Photography & Videography — Help us capture our dogs in their best light to promote adoptions
- Social Media & Marketing — Assist with content creation, copywriting, or sharing posts
- Event Planning — Help coordinate adoption and fundraising events
- Fundraising Support — Brainstorm ideas, secure donations, or help organize community-based fundraising efforts

Volunteer Your Time
Dog Walking & Playtime
Spend time at our small physical location helping dogs get their much-needed exercise and enrichment. You can also sign up for a 2-hour shift to let dogs out to play and enjoy some sunshine.
Day Trips & Dog Outings
Take a dog out for the day! Whether it’s a walk at the park, a visit to a dog-friendly brewery, or a neighborhood stroll—these adventures provide great exposure and socialization for our pups.
Monthly Adoption Events
We need extra hands to help handle dogs, set up and break down booths, and chat with potential adopters. It’s a fun, high-energy way to make a direct impact.
Property Help & DIY Projects
We’re always improving our space! Volunteers can assist with basic repairs, upgrades, gardening, or beautifying the property.
Treat & Meal Prep for Dogs
Love baking? Help us by preparing healthy treats or special meals for our pups in foster or at the rescue location.
Volunteer Goods & Donations
Give What You Can
You don’t have to volunteer in person to support the rescue—material donations go a long way in keeping our pups comfortable and cared for.
Host a Donation Drive
Rally your workplace, school, or community to collect items like:
- Dog food and treats
- Coats, beds, and blankets (especially in winter)
- Pools, cooling mats, and toys (during summer months)
Donate Raffle or Giveaway Items
We’re always looking for gift baskets, gift cards, or fun items for raffles and silent auctions—especially for our annual Portraits in the Park fundraiser and other small events throughout the year.
